


For this project, I created an 18-page book that showed the transformations our brains and bodies go through while we sleep. The purpose of the book was to show change not only through content but through design as well. I depicted change through my use of color, photography placement and editing, and other design elements. I chose to use blue as my only color, not only because it is calming which makes it a good color to represent sleep, but also because I wanted to show how we fall deeper into sleep throughout the night by making the blue become darker and darker with each stage.
